How to rent a locker

1. Go to a bbox locker

Head to one of our test locations and tap ‘I want to rent a locker’ on the screen.

2. Choose rental time and receiver

Pick a locker size, set the rental period, and choose who will pick up the items: you or someone else.

3. Place your items and close the door

Shut the door, and you're done. Only you - or the person you selected - can open it with the QR code sent by email.

How to pick up your items

1. Go to the bbox locker

Tap ‘I want to pick up a parcel’ on the screen.

2. Scan the QR code - done!

Scan the QR code from your email, pay with Payconiq by Bancontact, and the locker door will open.

  • What are the prices and how do I pay?

    Rates depend on the rental duration and locker size. You pay when picking up, using Payconiq by Bancontact - available via most banking apps. So make sure to bring your smartphone!

  • What if I’m late picking up my stuff?

    If you're late, extra fees apply based on the term rates. These are charged when you pick up your items. After the max rental period of 3 days, bpost may clear out the locker.

  • Can I open the locker multiple times during my rental?

    Unfortunately not. For now, during this pilot phase, each locker can only be opened once. If you need access again, simply start a new rental.

  • How long can I rent a locker?

    Anywhere from 4 to 72 hours. Of course, you can always pick up your items before the rental period ends. Please note that once you open the locker, your rental period ends. If you want to access it again, you will need to start a new rental.
